The Watson “Heavies” Cups Limited Edition
The Watson Heavies Limited Edition. Same buttery smooth handling as the regular Watson cups, however, spun in 2mm copper so twice as thick, twice as heavy!
Weighing in at over 800 grams (over 1.75lbs) a set, these feel exquisite to handle and work with.

About the regular Watson Cups…
The Watson cups have been designed from the ground up and from thousands of performances to improve all your cups and balls routines, sleights and moves! Beautifully made in mirror polished copper, these looks beautiful, feel amazing to work with and handle like butter!
The Watson cups were specifically designed by Brian Watson as a true workers cup, not only improving you existing handling but also many of the new sleights and moves Brian has created (featured in his Anytime, Anywhere cups & Balls double DVD and his Cupdate series 1&2) work with most newer style of cups, however Bri has designed these cups to work perfectly.
Stealing balls from the saddle, Bri’s no sleight 3 ball appearance, the Watson Revolution etc. all work perfectly and these cups handle like butter out of the bag. Beautifully weighted and balanced and crafted out of a copper, they handle as easily as a small set of cups even though they will take 3 x 1 1/8″ (1″ core with 1/8″ jacket) balls on the saddle and in the attic and a tennis ball size final load!
Each set comes with cups, balls and bag with custom bespoke toggles.

I have both sets the regular copper set and the Heavies, both are excellent, well thought out in design and functionality. Great to handle and well balanced, the Heavies are my preferred choice purely due to the weight.
Regarding the Masterclass, get yourself booked onto one the next chance you get. It is a full day learning a beautiful routine, covering every aspect. A fantastic investment that you will walk away from ready for performance ……after some practice! Whatever level you are.You won’t regret this, wonderful props and great day of entertaining tuition. 5 Star recommendation

If Carlsberg did Cups I’m pretty sure they would be the Brian Watson Heavies. These cups haven’t been made to simply look & handle fantastically , which they do. No, these cups have been designed to enable you to carry out sleights that would be difficult if not impossible to perform with other cups. All the new sleights can be found on the excellent DVD that Brian also produces. Every aspect of them has been thoroughly thought out.. Highly recommended..

Brian’s “Heavies” I would say are the best on the market!!! Without A doubt,Simply Being Due To there well thought out design, super smooth handling making all impossible sleights possible with ease, perfectly weighted well balanced and stack like a dream and will defiantly last you your lifetime!!!

The Watson Heavies are the perfect props for performing the Cups and Balls. They’re aesthetically pleasing, they’re balanced, and they’re made from thick, heavy copper. If you’re a street performer, nothing short of gale force winds are going to tip these beauties over.
The more that you use them, the more that you’ll appreciate the design subtleties that make these cups such a pleasure to work with. The combined proportions of the rim, skirt, and shoulder make certain sleight-of-hand maneuvers (ahem! 030 sequences) much easier to execute. The galloping post move is a breeze with a set of Watson cups. The saddle size is perfect for 1″ balls with a crocheted cover, and the attic space is ideal. Even though it doesn’t look like it’s possible, you can produce regulation tennis balls as the final loads.
The bottom line? If you’re interested in collecting cups and looking at them in a display case, any cups that please you will do. (And you should consider Watson cups for your collection. They’re lovely to look at.) But if you actually want to perform the Cups and Balls, save yourself a lot of time and trouble; get a set of the Watson Heavies. For the worker, there’s nothing better. These cups are functional works of art.
